At Goonyee Outdoors, we want to ensure that you can buy with confidence. We offer a transparent returns policy if you wish to return.

We are happy to refund any items within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Final sale items can't be returned. All items on sale are final sale.

Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds.

We do not offer exchanges.

Items purchased from concessions or from third-party retailers must be returned to the store where they were purchased. We can only process returns on orders purchased directly from Goonyee.com

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We reserve the right to return your item to you if it does not meet the above requirements. You will be responsible for covering the costs of returning the item.

📦 RETURN INSTRUCTION
For returns, the cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return in the event proof of postage is required. Fill out the return form that is in your parcel, seal and return the parcel to the address we gave you.
We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as ‘returned goods’ on customs or postal forms, and includes its import declaration stating an accurate description of the goods, their quantity and value. Failure to do so may delay the issue of any refund due and can result in the shipment being returned to us.
Additionally, any duties incurred by incorrect customs declarations will be deducted from the refund due. Likewise, should you refuse the delivery of an order, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. Please note we cannot accept returns sent with FedEx, any parcels sent on this service will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 15 business days from receiving your items to process your return and confirm your refund amount.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will send you an email when this has been done, but please be advised it may take a further 3-5 days for the funds to clear in your bank account.
