What makes your fabrics different?
Our technical outerwear — including the Ultralight Skin Jacket and NEOSKIN Jacket — features water-resistant coatings built for light to moderate outdoor conditions. Every piece is designed to perform without sacrificing how it feels to wear. Functional, but never stiff.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us at goonyee.info@gmail.com and we'll help you choose based on your measurements.
How do I care for my Goonyee pieces?
Machine wash cold, with like colours. Skip the fabric softener — it reduces the moisture-wicking properties of technical fabrics. Hang dry. Full care instructions are printed on each garment's label.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK. If you're outside these regions, get in touch, and we'll do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense — we recommend a tracked service. Sale items, swimwear, accessories, and customised pieces are not eligible for return.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, with an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to clear the funds. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at goonyee.info@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We'll sort it out promptly.
